My stomach feels upset all day. I think it's caused by the spicy food I ate this morning :(
I have this sharp pain in the middle area of my stomach and it makes gurgly sound. As soon as I get home I just stay on my bed and curling under the duvet. I wish someone would rub my tummy for me :(

  i hope your stomach is feeling better.  Rub your belly when it aches.  it is amazing how many sounds a stomach can make when digesting food.

yeah thats what spicy food does that to ya. its happening to me now :/ im rubbing as im typing this, it won't stop gurgling.
