Date Posted:11/24/2016 2:15 AMCopy HTML Tonight my mom decided since dad and the older of my brothers were at an event, she and my other brother and I were going to have a private little thanksgiving thing all our own. HOWEVER.
I forgot all about this plan; about an hour ago I made a hell of a melt sandwich with sliced turkey, pickles and cheese. Nice and filling. So of course, an hour or so later she returns with boxed stuffing, cranberry-apples, carrot souffle (my favorite), wine, brownie ingredients, and pulls out a massive turkey breast that's been thawing all day in the fridge. About to eat a massive dinner on top of the regular one I just had. Pray for me, guys and gals.

Re:Whimper Date Posted:11/25/2016 7:51 AMCopy HTML Ooh, I like where that was headed. How did it play out? What could you withstand? :)

Re:Whimper Date Posted:11/26/2016 12:21 AMCopy HTML OOF, I somehow managed to finish my entire plate (there were also sauted green beans; I forgot about those!) and even finished Mom's apples because she offered them and they were good. I legit thought my stomach might explode though; for a while there was hard lump on the side of my belly like all the food got shoved in right in that spot.
The brownies were amazing though; we melted chopped Andes mints into them. |

Re:Whimper Date Posted:11/26/2016 3:49 AMCopy HTML Andes Mint Brownies! That sounds amazing. I don't know what sounds better - the food, or the aftermath!
How were you afterwards? Were you able to function much? Were you nauseated, or in any pain? Was it hard to deal with? A huge abdominal bump - I've never seen that effect before. It sounds neat! |

Re:Whimper Date Posted:11/28/2016 8:17 PMCopy HTML They were so delicious! We melted some on top also and it hardened into frosting!
There was really no 'functioning' to be done; my brother went to his room to play games and mom and I went to the couch and watched The Christmas Bunny. I never get nauseated from overeating but I had killer heartburn later that night. And it wasn't a huge bump, but it was noticable. I've had it for several years now. Probably means I've got some kind of adhesion or tumor, but with trump gearing up to take everyone's insurance away I can't afford treatment anyway so fuck it, who cares. |
