Ok, I remember a post about stomachaches in books a while back.  How about stomachaches and belly-related situations on tv, in movies or music?  I can think of quite a few.  I know I'm forgetting a bunch, but here's some for now.  Others anyone?

Music:

Coconut by Harry Nilson  "Doctor, ain't there nothing I can take, I said Doctor, to relieve this bellyache?"

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy (can't think of who sang it besides Sha-Na-Na's remake)  "Yummy, yummy, yummy I've got love in my tummy."

Ha, Ha, Ha (a song on a child's record - Songs That Tickle Your Funny Bone)  "You'll laugh so hard your tummy's aching, you'll think you're breaking in two."

Either Weird Watusi or The Ha, Ha, Ha by John Zacherle (can't remember which)  "And now we hit the mummy, right smack dab in the tummy!  Ooof!"

Rub Your Tummy from Sesame Street Gold (Gordon sang it) also Everybody Wash sung by Ernie "Everybody wash your tummy!"

Television:

Happy Days - Richie, Potsie and Ralph in the booth at Arnold's complaining about the high shcool cafeteria and Fonzie walks in.  Richie is saying, "Man, my stomach hurts."  Fonz asks "What's the matter?"  Ralph answers, "Our tummies hurt." as he rubs his stomach.  Fonz sort of laughs, "Your tummy hurts?" and Ralph quickly amends it to, "Uh, no.  I said, my GUT!  I have a gut ache."

                        - Also when Fonzie is in the army, he's dating a girl with a daughter.  It's the daughters birthday soon and she's upset because Fonzie won't be able to be there.  So Fonzie tells her, "Don't get your tummy all tied up in knots.  I'll be there for your birthday."

Sesame Street - a sketch from the 90's because we all know before then, this situation would never happen.  Cookie Monster has a bunch of different shape cookies in front of him.  He's saying how he likes the circle shapes best, no maybe the triangle shapes, or the square shapes.  He ends up eating the whole plate saying, "Me like tummy shape cookies best!"  Then as he's walking away, he holds his belly and moans, "Me can't believe me ate the whole thing.  Ohhh, what a tummy ache!"

Smurfs - Gargamel is walking home from his mother's with Azriel and they are both rubbing their bellies and moaning.  Gargamel says, "Mummy's cooking gives new meaning to the words 'tummy ache'."  Later in that episode, Gargamel is making a potion to capture the smurfs with.  He sings a song and part of the chorus is, "I'll give upset tummies to those blue, little dummies!"

Family Affair - Jodie (the boy) tells his babysitter (not Mr. French for some reason) that he's allowed to have more cookies than he really is.  Later when Uncle Bill comes home, he finds Jodie in bed, clutching his stomach complaining of a stomachache.

Bob The Builder - Spud eats Bob's lunch and ends up with a tummy ache.  Bob gets annoyed when he finds out, but says, "Oh well, at least I don't have a tummy ache."

Moonlighting - David Addison gets out of the car, looks around and says, "My tummy tells me this is the place."

Movies:

Pulp Fiction -  Butch and Fabienne talking about how she wants a pot belly, but just has a bit of a tummy.

The Wedding Singer - Robby sings I Wanna Grow Old With You to Julia.  "I'll bring you medicine when your tummy aches."

Ghost - Patrick Swayze's character is poking his ex-best friend in the stomach.  "What's the matter?  Carl have a little tummy ache?"

oooh, i like this game! :)

Movies:

*Junior* - Arnold Schwarzenegger's character gets pregnant and aside from the labor portion, which is pretty awesome, there's another part toward the beginning when he's having cramps and says something about "walking it off" but acts very distraught nonetheless

*The Big Hit* - Mark Wahlberg's character gets an upset stomach every time he thinks someone doesn't like him

*Friday* - Chris Tucker's character, Smokey, gets a stomach ache and says something like: "man, i gotta go home, man, my stomach hurts" and then he runs around looking for a bathroom and holding his stomach

TV:

*Step By Step* - in one of the earlier episodes, Al (girl) gets a stomach ache, but Carol (Suzanne Somers) thinks she's just trying to get out of school and doesn't believe her - it ends up being appendicitis

*Family Guy* - season 4 episode 8 has Peter, Chris, Bryan and Stewie profusely vomiting and rolling around in agony holding their mid-sections

...i'm sure there's more but that's all i can remember just now...

I remember this episode from when I was young and use to watch the show.  You can try the title "The Babysitters."  Buffy and Jody are left with a babysitter and Jody lies and tells her he's allowed to eat more cookies.  I remember the twins were sleeping in the same bed and Jody wakes up and he's rubbing his tummy Buffy asks whats wrong and he tells her his tummy really hurts.

Family Affair I barely remember.  I think I only saw it once on FX when the channel first came into existence.  I'm guessing Uncle Bill had a date, but then again I'm not sure.

I remember that Family Affair episode.  Mr. French has to go out for some reason, so the twins have a series of babysitters over the course of the evening.  Jodie tells each one that he and Buffy are allowed a before bed snack of cookies and milk.  At the end when Mr. French comes home, Jodie is in bed calling for him, rubbing and gripping his stomach and saying he has a stomachache.  When Mr. French asks him what he's had to eat that night, he says, "Just cookies and milk."

Fuzzy, I can't believe you remember that skit from Sesame Street.  That is one of my earliest memories of seeing something like that on TV.  I thought it aired earlier though, maybe some time in the 80s.  I looked for it on youtube a while back but couldn't find it.

(i was watching this recently and it made me recall a few occassions in the series- i did a quick check and found out the specific episodes.)
in Futurama, the episode 'My Three Suns' (season 1, episode 7), Fry accidentally drinks the Emperor of a race of liquid aliens. when they threaten to cut him open to drain the Emperor out of his stomach, he backs away, saying 'my tummy hurts!'
then in the episode 'Fry and the Slurm Factory' (season 2, episode 4), Bender is sick, and while being examined he holds his stomach and groans. when asked what the problem is, he says, 'my tummy hurts, and i've been having this burning electrical discharge'.
lastly, in the episode 'Kif Gets Knocked Up a Notch' (season 5, episode 5) Kif gets upset while talking on a video-phone to Amy, and he starts to cry. she tells him, 'Kif, don't cry, or you'll get a tummy ache'.

there may be more in other episodes, but these are the only ones i remember seeing. i get the feeling they like using that word somewhat  (=/

another one that i think worth mentioning is a Japanese anime series called 'Katekyo Hitman Reborn'. in it, a main character named Hayato Gokudera suffers horrible stomach-aches whenever he sees his sister, because of the trauma he suffered from her cooking as a child. i'm pretty sure the theme runs throughout the series, but the only bits i saw were right at the very beginning, when we are first introduced to his character. i'm also aware that the original manga follows the same theme, but i haven't read enough to know if there's any differences.

i'm pretty sure i can think of a whole bunch more, but they don't come to mind right now. FYI the ones i know of are mostly from cartoons, as i'm a big fan of animation- but they're worth contributing anyway, right? =)

oooh, speaking of Futurama, in the Parasites Lost episode (http://watchxonline.com/media/99-futurama-304-parasites-lost.php) at about 12:44 Fry pats his tummy and says he needs something to help settle his stomach...

yes, cartoon stuff is great, but if you could post a link to the part of reborn that you're talking about it would really help! :)

When I little, my sister and I loooved Full House. There's one where Rebecca makes everyone a huge dinner, then feeds the leftovers it to the dog.(Comet) Later Comet throws up. Then they all freak out thinking the dinner Rebecca made was bad. They complain their stomach hurts. But it turns out, Comet ate Nicky and Alex's Silly Dough. Plus there is a Malcom in the Middle show where he has appendicitis. If I can point something out, all good stomach aches happened on old T.V.  shows!

In Men in Black 2, an alien turns into a sexy, hot women. Then, a man pulls her behind a bush and trys to rape her. You don't see it, but she turns into an alien and eats him. When she comes out from behind the bush, her belly is really bloated and big. Then she looks at her giant belly, patts it, and goes, "Mmmmmmmmmmm...burp."

There are actually 2 Arthur episodes. One (Vomitrocius) Francine gets nausous, and pukes in front of the whole school. The other one (I can't remember the name) Arthur eats candy, then dinner, than two big slices of cake! He has a stomach ache and has weird dreams of stomach aches after his grandma tells him stories.

There's a movie "Rabid" with wherea girl get a skin graft and it turns her into some kind of strange vampire with some kind of probe in her arm pit. She's beautiful and in one seem she's in only cotton panties and t-shirt and on the bathroom floor writhing in severe stomach pain. She clutching and holding her stomach and drawing her knees up and really doing and excellent job of acting. It looks real. In the show "Mighty B", Bessy wants to know what she is alergic to. So she eats a ton of different foods. You later see her sitting in a chair with her little brother standing beside her checking off all the food she ate. Bessy is leaning back in the chair moaning, and her belly is extremly bloated. She patts it, then her belly begins to groan.

I remember that movie. It was porn star Marilyn Chambers that was having the stomach pain.  She is so sexy in that tank top and panties and doubled up on the floor writhing in stomach pain. The scene is quite long with with cutaways to her friend outside the bathroom door knocking and asking if she is ok, then cut back to her stomach pain and suffering. Its exquisite!
